Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Communication Coordinator to manage client communication, coordinate with sales teams, handle follow-ups, and maintain smooth communication between customers and internal departments in a real estate company.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Coordinate with sales teams regarding leads and site visits
- Maintain customer databases, CRM records, and follow-up reports
- Share property details, pricing, and project updates with clients
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and customer appointments
- Respond to customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain daily communication records and reports
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
- Professional phone etiquette and customer handling skills
- Strong follow-up and organizational abilities
- Hindi & basic English communication preferred
Qualification
- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in real estate, telecalling, customer support, or sales coordination is an advantage
