Job Overview
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Collections team. The role involves interacting with customers, following up on scheduled payments, and supporting the company's collection processes while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers regarding scheduled loan repayments
- Assist customers with payment-related queries
- Conduct field visits as required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth collection operations
- Support collection targets through regular customer engagement
Eligibility Criteria
- 10th, 12th or Graduation preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Experience in collections, customer service, banking, NBFC, or field operations is an advantage
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities
- Customer-oriented approach
