- Business Development for RDSO & PEB Projects
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in railway infrastructure, heavy fabrication, and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) sectors.
- Tender Search & Participation
Regularly monitor RDSO, railway, government, and private portals for tenders, RFQs, and project opportunities.Maintain strong relationships with railway contractors, consultants, EPC companies, fabricators, and industrial clients.Understand technical and commercial requirements of RDSO-approved products, PEB structures, and fabrication projects.Coordinate with design, estimation, and production departments for preparation of quotations, BOQs, techno-commercial offers, and project proposals.Promote company capabilities in steel structures, heavy fabrication, railway infrastructure components, sheds, warehouses, and industrial buildings.Conduct regular visits to project sites, railway contractors, industries, and client offices for business development and project discussions.Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments regarding drawings, specifications, delivery schedules, and project execution.Track inquiries, purchase orders, dispatch status, and payment follow-ups with clients.Study market trends, competitor pricing, project opportunities, and customer requirements in railway and PEB sectors.Maintain records of inquiries, client meetings, tenders, proposals, and daily marketing activities for management review.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to company business expansion.Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural designers, and vendors for project-related discussions and approvals.Represent the company in industrial exhibitions, railway expos, vendor meetings, and business networking events.Maintain awareness of RDSO standards, IS codes, fabrication specifications, and PEB industry practices relevant to project execution.
