Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM including Contacts, Companies, Deals, and Tasks.
- Capture all incoming enquiries accurately and convert them into structured leads.
- Create and update deal pipelines and ensure correct lead stage tracking.
- Send quotation emails and client communication as directed.
- Set up follow-up reminders for calls, emails, and meetings.
- Ensure no lead is missed by tracking timelines and next actions.
- Maintain detailed communication logs including calls, emails, and notes.
- Prepare and manage email templates, sequences, and workflows.
- Segment leads and maintain organized lists for targeted follow-ups.
- Coordinate daily with Sales Head to ensure conversion focus.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Expert understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot).
- Excellent written communication and email drafting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with follow-up discipline.

- Lead response time

- Lead to conversion support effectiveness
Training Period (First 30 Days):
- Understanding logistics and cold chain transport business.
- HubSpot tool training and CRM workflows.
- Learning internal sales process and communication standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
