We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion for POCT Cardiac Biomarkers, ABG Machines, Ventilators, and other critical care medical equipment across the Uttar Pradesh region. The candidate will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, managing dealer networks, and achieving assigned sales targets in both B2B and B2C segments.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, diagnostic centers, nursing homes, and clinics.
- Promote and sell POCT Cardiac Biomarkers, ABG Machines, Ventilators, and other medical equipment.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence in the UP region.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Dealer & Channel Management
- Appoint, manage, and support dealers and distributors across the territory.
- Ensure dealer performance aligns with company sales objectives.
- Conduct regular dealer meetings, product training, and performance reviews.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams for timely product availability.
Product Demonstration & Technical Support
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations to healthcare professionals.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
- Assist customers in product selection based on clinical and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with service and application teams for installation and customer training.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Gather customer feedback and share market intelligence with management.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and orders.
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or Business Administration
- MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management (Preferred)
Pay: ₹20,045.59 - ₹35,000.00 per month
