Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cloud/Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of cloud environments, Linux systems, and microservices-based applications. This role involves supporting production systems, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with development and DevOps teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Linux servers and microservices.
- Perform deployment and maintenance of applications using CI/CD tools.
- Analyze logs and metrics using monitoring tools to identify issues.
- Perform basic database operations in MySQL.
- Maintain documentation for issues, resolutions, and processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in technical or cloud support roles.
- Basic knowledge of Linux commands and server management.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP – any one).
- Basic knowledge of Java-based applications.
- Understanding of MySQL database.
- Experience or exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Shell scripting preferred).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Experience with ticketing tools like Jira
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
