Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Explain services and handle customer queries
- Follow up on leads and close appointments/sales
- Maintain call records and reports

- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers politely
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field is required.
Candidates with knowledge of additional languages are most welcome
