Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented professional with 3–5 years of experience in fund raising and business development within an NBFC or financial services organization. The candidate will support fund-raising initiatives through Debentures, maintain relationships with investors and intermediaries, and assist in capital mobilization while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support fund-raising initiatives through Debentures, NCDs, and other debt instruments.
Develop and maintain relationships with investors, distributors, brokers, and financial institutions.
Identify new business opportunities to expand the investor base.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, compliance, and fund mobilization.
Assist in planning and executing fund-raising campaigns and investor engagement activities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities related to debt fund raising.
Prepare presentations, MIS reports, and fund-raising performance reports.
Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, and company policies.
Collaborate with senior management to achieve fund mobilization targets.
Support business development initiatives and strategic partnerships.
Eligibility
Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA (Finance/Marketing) preferred.
3–5 years of experience in Fund Raising, Debentures, NCDs, Treasury, Capital Markets, or Business Development within an NBFC, Bank, or Financial Services company.
Strong understanding of debt instruments and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
