We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max
- Develop lead generation strategies to improve campaign performance
- Monitor ad budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign KPIs
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword planning
- Track conversions and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives and marketing assets
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and advertising policies
Shift: Night Shift (7:30pm-3:30am)
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and remarketing campaigns
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better ROI
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets effectively
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
