- Manage branding materials like POS and promotional assets.
3. Sales & Distributor Support
- Support sales teams and distributors with schemes, tools, and materials.
- Ensure distributors correctly implement trade plans.
- Track performance of schemes and improve where needed.
4. Merchandising & Visibility
- Ensure proper merchandising and planogram compliance.
- Oversee display units and branding at retail outlets.
- Maintain consistent brand visibility across GT stores.
5. Budget Management
- Manage trade marketing budgets efficiently.
- Track spending and ensure good return on investment (ROI).
6. Market Insights & Reporting
- Visit markets regularly to understand retailer and consumer behavior.
- Monitor competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Share regular reports on performance, insights, and ROI.
