Hardware Management
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues or coordinate repairs with vendors.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and peripherals.
- Perform preventive maintenance of computer systems.
Software Management
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and business applications.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues.
- Manage software licensing and ensure compliance.
- Install antivirus software and perform regular updates.
Network (LAN/WAN)
- Install, configure, and maintain Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructure.
- Configure routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and network devices.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Manage IP addressing, internet connectivity, and network security.
- Ensure regular backup of network configurations.
CCTV & Security Systems
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV camera systems.
- Monitor DVR/NVR systems and troubleshoot camera connectivity issues.
- Maintain surveillance recordings and ensure proper storage.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and upgrades.
User Support
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, printers, email, and network issues.
- Configure user accounts, email IDs, and access permissions.
- Resolve IT support tickets within agreed timelines.
- Train employees on basic IT usage and cybersecurity awareness.
Data Backup & Security
- Perform regular data backups and recovery procedures.
- Monitor antivirus and endpoint security.
- Maintain password policies and user access controls.
- Ensure compliance with company IT security policies.
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with internet service providers, hardware suppliers, and software vendors.
- Obtain quotations and manage IT-related purchases.
- Track warranty and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewals.
Documentation
- Maintain IT asset register and inventory.
- Prepare reports on IT infrastructure, maintenance activities, and system performance.
- Document network layouts, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹37,362.80 per month
