Technical Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and technically skilled Sales Executives to promote and market industrial products related to the refractory and steel sectors. The candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, handling technical discussions, generating business opportunities, and supporting industrial clients with suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in steel plants, foundries, cement plants, power plants, and related industries
- Promote refractory, ceramic, insulation, anchoring, and engineering products to industrial clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate enquiries from industries and contractors
- Prepare quotations, follow up on offers, negotiate pricing, and close orders
- Coordinate with production, estimation, and purchase teams for order execution
- Conduct technical discussions and product presentations with customers
- Visit client sites for business development and customer support
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions
Required Qualification:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical, Ceramic, or related Engineering fields
- Freshers with technical knowledge or experienced candidates from industrial sales background can apply
Preferred Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of refractory materials, steel industry operations, or industrial products
- Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications
- Strong follow-up and customer handling capability
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
Experience:
0–3 Years preferred in Industrial / Technical Sales
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel for client visits
- Two-wheeler preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
