Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Video Editor with deep expertise in modern editing workflows, creative storytelling, and the latest post-production tools. This role requires a strong sense of visual aesthetics, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to transform raw footage into compelling, high-quality deliverables across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the post-production process from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality visual output.
- Edit videos for marketing campaigns, social media, product launches, brand films, training materials, and more.
- Collaborate with creative directors, scriptwriters, producers, and designers to shape the narrative and visual style of each project.
- Manage color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, and visual effects to elevate production value.
- Maintain efficient and organized project workflows, timelines, and file management.
- Review and refine edits based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
- Mentor junior editors and provide guidance on technical and creative best practices.
- Ensure all video deliverables meet platform specifications and brand guidelines.
- Stay current with evolving video trends, editing techniques, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 To 3 years of professional video editing experience in production or creative agencies.
- Advanced proficiency with modern editing and post-production software, including:
- Adobe Premiere Pro,
- Final Cut Pro
- DaVinci Resolve (color grading)
- Adobe After Effects (motion graphics)
- Adobe Audition / Pro Tools (audio editing)
- Experience with AI-assisted editing tools (e.g., Runway, Descript, Adobe AI features) and efficient cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, sound design, and modern visual styles.
- Familiarity with 2D/3D animation workflows is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for visual creativity.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
