Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Meet architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and dealers to promote products.
- Conduct site visits and customer meetings to understand project requirements.
- Prepare and present product quotations, proposals, and technical specifications.
- Negotiate prices and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries received through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with the production and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Promote door and window products through online and offline marketing activities.
- Organize product demonstrations, dealer meets, exhibitions, and trade events.
- Assist in creating brochures, catalogs, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, and real estate developers.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to support product development.
Customer Service Responsibilities
- Address customer queries regarding product features, pricing, installation, and warranties.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
Required Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of doors, windows, hardware, glass systems, or building materials.
- Ability to read basic architectural drawings and project specifications.
- Relationship-building and networking skills.
- Good presentation and customer-handling abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales and marketing of doors, windows, building materials, construction products, aluminum systems, uPVC products, or related industries.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
