Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support:
- Handle the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Onboarding Assistance:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from day one.
3. HR Documentation:
- Maintain and update HR records, including employee files, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
4. Employee Engagement:
- Collaborate on initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture, including organizing team-building activities and events.
5. Learning and Development:
- Support the coordination of training programs and initiatives to enhance the professional development of our team members.
6. Performance Management:
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
7. Policy Implementation:
- Contribute to the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a healthy work environment.
8. Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and assist in resolving employee concerns with confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA in HR (preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers welcome )
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic HR software is a plus.
