Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, smooth departmental coordination, and profitable business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hotel operations.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns.
- Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance teams.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses, and overall hotel performance.
- Recruit, train, and lead hotel staff.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hotel standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage operational supplies.
- Maintain online reputation and handle guest feedback.
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- 3–5 years of hotel management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS and OTA platforms is preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
