Manager - Project Manager
Location: Delhi NCR
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Builder Relationship Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors, architects, and Interior Designers. The role involves generating business opportunities, managing project sales, and promoting the company’s modular kitchen and interior solutions for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors, architects, and Interior Designers.
* Identify new business opportunities through ongoing and upcoming projects
* Generate leads and achieve sales targets
* Conduct meetings and presentations with builders
* Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project teams for project execution
* Maintain regular communication with clients for long-term business relationships
* Prepare project proposals, quotations, and sales reports
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities
Key Requirements:
1. 7 years of experience in project sales, builder handling, or business development
2. Experience in modular kitchen, interiors, building materials, real estate, or related industry preferred
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. A good network with builders and Contractors will be an advantage
5. Ability to manage multiple client relationships
6. Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits
