The company holds a valid NBFC registration since 1989, to do the business of financing all over the India. The company belongs to “Loan Company” under the classification of Reserve Bank. Since at present all the directors and stakeholders are in Thrissur district of Kerala state, now the corporate office of the company has been set in Thrissur.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
· Identify and generate leads for loan products such as personal loans, business loans, gold loans, vehicle loans, etc.
· Explain NBFC products, services, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
· Follow up with potential and existing customers for business generation.
· Assist customers in documentation and loan application processing.
· Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth loan disbursement.
· Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
· Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolution.
· Ensure KYC and compliance documents are collected properly.
· Maintain MIS reports and customer data.
· Support insurance cross-selling and other financial products if required.
· Conduct field visits and customer follow-ups when needed.
Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of loan products and NBFC operations.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- MS Excel / basic computer knowledge.
- Problem-solving ability.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services preferred.
Experience:
- 0–3 years (Freshers can also apply, if required).

- Monthly business/loan targets achieved.
- Customer retention and satisfaction.
- Lead conversion ratio.
- Documentation accuracy.
- Insurance and cross-selling targets.
Work Conditions:
- Branch-based role with customer interaction and occasional field visits.
