BILLING CUM SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily billing and invoicing.
- Attend to customers and handle counter sales.
- Prepare quotations, invoices and sales orders.
- Explain products and prices to customers.
- Check product availability and coordinate with the store/warehouse.
- Maintain sales, billing and customer records.
- Handle cash and digital payments.
- Follow up on customer payments when required.
- Coordinate with delivery and accounts teams.
- Support the branch in achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum Plus Two / Degree.
- Experience in billing or sales preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
