Time Consultant - (Suriname) - Senior
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Analyze current time collection and time management processes.
Lead design sessions for attendance, absence, and scheduling requirements.
Review existing time management configurations and custom developments.
Support implementation of standardized time management processes.
Define and document business and functional requirements.
Support integration design between time solutions, payroll, HR, and finance systems.
Assist with testing strategy, test execution, and defect resolution.
Support deployment planning and post-go-live stabilization.
Work with payroll teams to ensure accurate time-to-pay processing
Skill Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of SAP Time Management experience.
Time Clock Integration
Strong expertise in:
Positive Time Management
Negative Time Management
Time Evaluation
Work Schedules
Absence and Attendance Management
Quota Management
Time Wage Types
Strong understanding of end-to-end Time-to-Pay processes.
Experience integrating time collection solutions with SAP Payroll.
Experience supporting global workforce management initiatives.
Strong testing and troubleshooting skills.
Other Requirements
Preferred Experience
Experience with SAP HR-PDC integrations.
Experience integrating physical badge reader or clock systems.
Experience with LENEL, or other time collection platforms.
