Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, analyze revenue margins, and generate MIS reports.
- Cost Control & Auditing: Monitor food and beverage costs, investigate variances between standard and actual costs, and identify areas of leakage or spoilage.
- Inventory Management: Oversee regular stock audits, reconcile physical inventory with POS (Point of Sale) systems, and track ingredient consumption.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor payments, reconcile supplier invoices, and handle billing and accounts.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely compliance with local tax regulations like GST and TDS filings.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
