We are looking for experienced, passionate and motivated individuals to join our Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong & sustainable sales strategy.
Your responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking & social media

Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

Create frequent reviews & reports with sales and financial data

Ensure the availability of licenses or stocks for sales and demonstrations

Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery & customer specifications to their managers

Collaborate with team members; gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team to achieve better results

Record sales & order information and report the same to the internal team

Keep a track of buying trends and provide accurate feedback to the team

Presales activities – study of markets and lead generation, working closely with marketing, principal and presales technical teams to help generate demand, participate in events to generate demand, Update CRM on timely manner

Sales – Make techno-commercial proposals, negotiate and close deals in benefit of the organization, coordinate with principals and customers, complete necessary documentation

Post Sales – own up customer support, coordinate with internal and principal’s teams, Timely recovery of payment
Skill sets/Experience we require:

3-5 years proven work experience in Product Sales

Good verbal and written communication & presentation skills with strong business related knowledge to position company and product solution to prospects

Thorough understanding of marketing & negotiating techniques

Self-motivated with a result driven approach

Mustering internal and external support needed for affecting a sale

Commercial acumen to ensure profitability

Target oriented alignment of activities

Networking with sales ecosystem

Good knowledge and experience working on MS Office

Hands-on experience working on a CRM software is an added advantage
Qualification required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (any discipline) (preferred Mechanical)
- MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred
