Key Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and optimize production processes for machine manufacturing and assembly.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and quality issues.
- Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production problems.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and process industrialization activities.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, and 5S to reduce production costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement for tooling, materials, and components.
- Support production scheduling and capacity planning.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
