Position :- Behaviour Therapist (BT)

Position Overview:-
The Behaviour Therapist (BT) will provide direct behavioral intervention to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, and other behavioral or communication challenges.
Key Responsibilities:-
Behavior Assessment & Observation
- Conduct behavioral observations and identify target behaviors.
- Collect and record accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions.
- Assist in tracking progress toward individualized therapy goals.
Direct Therapy Services
- Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to children.
- Support children in achieving individualized developmental and behavioral goals.
Parent Support
- Educate parents on behavior management techniques and home-based strategies.
- Provide guidance to support skill generalization outside therapy sessions.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration
- Work closely with psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, special educators, and other professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with children with ASD, ADHD, developmental delays, or behavioral challenges preferred.
- Knowledge of behavior modification techniques and positive reinforcement strategies.

Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
