Industry: Premium showroom specializing in bespoke residential furniture, luxury office setups, and custom modular interior solutions. We are looking for a customer-focused, highly presentable, and targets-driven Showroom Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will welcome high-end clients, understand their luxury interior preferences, present our custom design portfolios confidently, and effectively convert walk-ins and inquiries into premium orders.Key Responsibilities
- Client Advisory & Engagement: Warmly welcome and professionally attend to walk-in clients, architects, and interior designers visiting the showroom.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer space requirements, architectural layouts, and aesthetic preferences to suggest suitable luxury furniture and bespoke materials.
- Product & Portfolio Presentation: Confidently explain product craftsmanship, materials (teak, veneers, premium finishes), customization options, pricing structures, and active design offers.
- Lead Conversion & Pipeline Management: Proactively follow up with warm leads, share design proposals via WhatsApp/Email, and convert initial inquiries into finalized luxury sales.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with the in-house product designers, production facility, and logistics team to ensure delivery schedules and custom parameters are flawlessly met.
- Digital Lead Handling: Manage incoming inquiries from our digital channels, including Instagram and WhatsApp, by providing prompt responses and sharing catalog visuals.
- Showroom Visual Management: Ensure the showroom display layouts, item tagging, and furniture presentation look pristine and luxury-grade at all times.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly individual showroom sales targets.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven retail sales experience in premium furniture, high-end retail, luxury home decor, modular kitchens, or interior design showrooms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi, with the ability to build rapport with premium, HNI (High-Net-Worth) clients.
- Personality: A highly confident, presentable, and polished personality suited for a luxury design studio environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Email) and active familiarity with WhatsApp Business for catalog sharing and customer support.
- Sales Driven: Strong negotiation, closing, and convincing skills with a persistent yet polite attitude toward client follow-ups.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
