Job Summary
Bharari Digital Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Life Science graduates to join our growing Healthcare Documentation and Medical Coding team as Medical Coders (Freshers).
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a career in the Healthcare BPO, Medical Coding, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Medico-Legal Services domains. Fresh graduates with strong medical knowledge and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with CPC Certification will be preferred; however, freshers without certification are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Review patient medical records and healthcare documentation.
- Assign accurate medical codes based on diagnoses, procedures, and treatments.
- Analyze clinical documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and healthcare regulations.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards as defined by the organization.
- Collaborate with Quality Analysts, Team Leaders, and Project Managers for process improvement.
- Participate in training programs and continuous learning initiatives.
- Support healthcare projects related to Medical Coding, Revenue Cycle Management, Disease Coding, and Medical Record Review.
