At Mittified, we're a small team building a handcrafted Indian products brand from the ground up across kansa, copper, clay, terracotta, wood, and more.
We’re not currently looking for a specialist. We’re looking for someone sharp, proactive, resourceful, and willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
What you’ll do
You’ll work across different parts of the business, including:
- Website & Orders
- Check and manage customer orders on our website.
- Handle basic website queries and troubleshoot issues.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure orders move smoothly.
- Product Listing
- List new products on the website.
- Add product descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, etc.
- Keep product information updated.
- Customer Communication
- Talk to customers over calls and WhatsApp.
- Answer product, order, delivery and general queries.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with production, packaging, dispatch and logistics teams.
- Track orders and ensure things don’t get stuck.
- Help solve day-to-day operational problems.
- Sales & Business Development
- Assist with enquiries and leads.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Help identify new sales opportunities.
- And a lot of things in between.Since we’re a small and growing team, your role won’t be limited to a fixed job description. If something needs to get done, you’ll figure it out and get it done.
Who are we looking for?
- Smart, energetic and hungry to learn.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable talking to customers.
- Basic knowledge of computers, websites and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Experience matters less to us than attitude, intelligence and willingness to learn.
