Job Summary
The Full Stack Software Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The role requires strong technical expertise across the complete software development lifecycle, including frontend development, backend development, database design, API development, testing, deployment, and application support.
The ideal candidate shall possess strong hands-on experience in JavaScript, React.js, Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL, with the ability to independently develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript and React.js.
- Build secure, scalable, and high-performance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design, develop, and maintain PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
- Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code in accordance with coding standards.
- Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Implement application security, authentication, authorization, and data protection measures.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to software development best practices.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications across development and production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system documentation, and deployment guides.
- Provide technical support and resolve application-related issues as required.
- Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements and emerging technologies.

Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise web applications.
- Experience in Healthcare, HRMS, ERP, or Hospital Management System (HMS) development will be preferred.

In addition, the candidate should possess:
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

- Understanding of application security principles and secure coding standards.
- Experience with software debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
