Key ResponsibilitiesBlue Collar Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and skilled manpower positions.
- Source candidates through local agents, sub-agents, trade centers, referrals, databases, and recruitment drives.
- Build and maintain a strong network of agents across India.
- Conduct mass hiring campaigns for GCC and international projects.
- Screen candidates based on trade skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Ensure quality candidate submissions with minimal rejection rates.
Agent & Vendor Management
- Develop and manage relationships with local recruitment agents and sourcing partners.
- Expand the company's sourcing network in different states across India.
- Negotiate sourcing costs and ensure ethical recruitment practices.
- Monitor agent performance and maintain a reliable talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with trade test centers and mobilization teams.
Recruitment Operations
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement receipt to candidate mobilization.
- Coordinate interviews, trade tests, documentation, medicals, visa processing, and deployment.
- Work closely with Business Development and Operations teams to ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and manpower availability databases.
- Ensure recruitment timelines and client SLAs are consistently met.
Team Leadership
- Guide and mentor recruiters and sourcing executives.
- Allocate requirements based on recruiter expertise.
- Monitor recruiter productivity and sourcing quality.
- Conduct daily recruitment review meetings.
Client Coordination
- Understand client requirements in detail before sourcing.
- Provide regular recruitment progress reports.
- Ensure candidate quality meets client expectations.
- Handle urgent shutdown and project-based hiring requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in overseas blue-collar recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting for GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain).
- Strong network of local agents and sourcing partners across India.
- Experience handling large-volume recruitment drives (100–1000+ positions).
- Knowledge of trade testing and candidate assessment.
- Familiarity with overseas recruitment documentation and mobilization.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Preferred Background
Candidates with prior experience in overseas recruitment consultancies handling Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Manufacturing, or Shutdown projects will be given preference.
Experience working with clients such as ADNOC, Aramco, QatarEnergy, KNPC, PDO, OQ, or other major EPC contractors will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,530.89 per month
