Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be analytical, result-oriented, and passionate about driving leads, sales, and business growth through data-backed marketing strategies.
This role involves managing paid campaigns, analyzing performance, optimizing budgets, improving conversions, and working closely with creative and strategy teams to achieve client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Develop campaign strategies focused on lead generation, website traffic, conversions, sales, and brand awareness.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bidding strategies, creatives, targeting, and placements to maximize ROI.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights, analysis, and recommendations.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and social media teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns meet client KPIs.
- Stay updated with platform changes, advertising policies, algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing trends.
- Present campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations during client meetings.
- Mentor junior performance marketers and support the overall growth of the team.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics 4.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and attribution models.
- Experience in managing lead generation, e-commerce, website traffic, and conversion campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, client management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience with CRM integrations, landing page optimization, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
