Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and industrial markets.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
- Expand dealer, distributor, OEM, and industrial customer networks.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and complaint resolution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Development
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Identify emerging business opportunities and new application segments.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
Sales Planning & Reporting
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Monitor sales pipelines and conversion ratios.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting systems.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market intelligence.
Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and monitor sales executives.
- Conduct sales meetings, training, and performance reviews.
- Support team members in achieving individual and team targets. Sales managers commonly coach teams, monitor KPIs, and implement sales plans to achieve revenue objectives.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Experience:
- B2B sales: 3 years (Preferred)
