Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator (Fresher) to support our sales team in managing client communications, preparing proposals, coordinating meetings, and maintaining sales records. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of IT services, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in daily coordination and administrative activities
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports
- Coordinate meetings between clients and sales/business development teams
- Track leads and follow up on pending inquiries
- Support in preparing tender documents and contracts if required
- Collaborate with recruitment and technical teams for client requirements
- Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Freshers can apply
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to learn IT services and sales processes
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of IT consultancy/services
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally
