We are hiring motivated and energetic WhatsApp Sales Executives to manage customer leads, communicate with clients through WhatsApp and calls, explain products, collect payments, and coordinate product dispatch.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer leads via WhatsApp
- Explain products clearly and professionally
- Build customer trust and close sales
- Send payment QR/scanner details to customers
- Confirm payments and process orders
- Coordinate with dispatch team for shipping
- Maintain customer follow-up for conversions
- Update sales records daily
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Tamil + basic English preferred)
- Experience in sales/customer handling is a plus
- Strong WhatsApp and phone communication
- Basic smartphone/computer knowledge
- Target-oriented mindset
- Friendly and convincing personality
Salary:
- Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
