Key Responsibilities:
- Employee On boarding:
- Helping with new employee orientations.
- Assisting with preparing on boarding materials.
- Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- HR Administration:
- Assisting with maintaining employee records.
- Updating databases with employee information.
- Handling general HR inquiries from employees.
- Training and Development:
- Supporting the HR team in organizing training sessions or workshops.
- Assisting in the creation of training materials or schedules.
- Evaluating training feedback.
- Employee Engagement:
- Helping plan and execute employee engagement activities or events.
- Assisting with surveys or collecting feedback from employees.
- HR Projects:
- Supporting HR initiatives such as diversity and inclusion, benefits administration, or employee wellness programs.
- Conducting research on HR trends or best practices.
