Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to develop functional, aesthetically pleasing, and client-focused interior spaces. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, budget, and timeline.
- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and space planning solutions.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and detailed design presentations.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Create working drawings, layouts, and specifications for execution.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure design quality.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Resolve design and site-related issues during execution.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience (or as required).
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Excellent space planning and visualization skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
