Birbal Marketing is looking for a highly disciplined and performance-driven Social Media Manager to take absolute ownership of our organic and brand campaigns. You will lead a creative team, define monthly content pillars, and act as the final "Firewall" to ensure flawless quality before client approval.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Direction: Define clear content pillars, page directions, and high-energy vlogging/POV concepts for diverse client accounts (Real Estate, Hospitality, E-commerce).
- Team Leadership & Briefing: Conduct sharp morning briefs for Graphic Designers, Content Writers, and Interns, assigning clear tasks and strict timeline boundaries.
- The Final Firewall: Rigorously audit all captions, carousels, reels, and grids. Ensure zero typos, perfect brand guidelines, and absolute alignment with client briefs.
- Platform Analytics: Track backend insights across Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and Google My Business (GMB) to monitor reach, retention, and local SEO health.
- Reporting: Maintain absolute transparency by submitting structured daily progress updates by 6:15 PM.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–4 years of social media management experience in a fast-paced digital marketing agency.
- Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of Instagram/Facebook algorithms, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Business pages, and GMB updates.
- Photography & Videography (Bonus Advantage): Hands-on experience with mobile cinematography, handling basic DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, and directing on-site client shoots for Reels/TikTok content is a major plus.
- Creative Eye: Strong visual sense with intermediate proficiency in Canva or Adobe Express to guide layout references.
- Traits: Assertive communicator, highly punctual (9:30 AM alignment), and fiercely accountable for deadlines.
- Location: Must commute daily to our office in Borivali East, Mumbai.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
