Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Accounts & Financial Management
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure proper accounting practices are followed.
- Monitor receivables, payables and other financial transactions.
- Ensure timely bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Review and monitor ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare necessary financial reports and statements for Management.
2. Accounts Finalisation
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closing of accounts.
- Assist in and ensure timely finalisation of accounts.
- Prepare schedules, supporting documents and reconciliations required for finalisation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external professionals for completion of financial statements.
3. Audit
- Handle and coordinate Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and other financial audits, as applicable.
- Prepare and provide required documents, records and explanations to auditors.
- Address audit queries and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Maintain proper audit documentation and records.
4. ROC & Corporate Compliance
- Coordinate and support compliance related to ROC requirements and filings.
- Coordinate with the Company Secretary (CS) for ROC filings and other corporate compliance matters.
- Ensure timely availability of financial information and documents required for ROC compliance.
5. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements related to finance and accounts.
- Coordinate for timely compliance relating to GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Ensure proper records and supporting documents are maintained.
- Coordinate with CA and other external consultants for statutory matters.
6. Payroll Processing
- Coordinate and manage monthly payroll processing.
7. Coordination with CA, CS & External Parties
- Act as a key point of contact for the Company's Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), auditors and other external consultants.
- Provide timely information, documents and financial data as required.
- Follow up on pending matters and ensure timely closure.
8. Reporting & Management Support
- Prepare and submit financial reports and information required by Management.
- Highlight significant financial discrepancies, compliance issues or risks to Management.
- Support Management with financial data and analysis for decision-making.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
