Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven, and customer-focused Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong persuasion ability, and a result-oriented mindset, with the capability to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers and clearly explain company products/services
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate, timely information
- Generate qualified leads and perform consistent follow-ups to drive conversions
- Maintain and update accurate call records, customer data, and interaction history in CRM systems
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication
- Handle objections and rejections professionally and convert opportunities into sales
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues to relevant teams when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies, scripts, and quality standards
- Provide feedback on customer responses to improve sales strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 0-1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales
- Mandatory proficiency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are an advantage)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
- Willingness to make 80–120 calls per day
