Key Responsibilities
- Call customers daily for order confirmation
- Handle customer queries and support
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and deliveries
- Convert leads into confirmed orders
- Maintain proper customer communication records
- Coordinate with the ecommerce operations team
- Handle WhatsApp chats and customer responses
- Ensure smooth customer experience and order processing
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Comfortable talking with customers on calls
- Positive attitude and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Ecommerce or telecalling experience is a plus
