Job Title: Telecalling Executive / CRM – Jewellery Showroom
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers from company database
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve basic queries politely
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and walk-ins
- Book customer appointments and coordinate with the sales team
- Inform customers about offers, schemes, exhibitions, and new collections
- Maintain and update customer details and call records in CRM
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication
- Work towards daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage)
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly calling approach
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, or calling systems preferred
- Experience in jewellery, retail, or telecalling will be an advantage
- Target-oriented and able to handle follow-ups effectively
