- Respond to corporate customers inquiries and coordinate cab allocations across multiple cities
- Handle and resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring high service standards.
- Identify complex issues and escalate them to supervisors when required.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding services to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in line with standard operating procedures.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear and proactive communication.
- Acknowledge customer concerns promptly and ensure effective resolution
Required:
- Corporate Clinet Handling & Account Coordination
- Fleet/ Cab Operations Management
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in managing end to end corporate cab services across multiple cities
- Handling high volume customer Intercations (Calls, emails, and service requests)
- Coordinating with vendors/ drivers to ensure timely service delivery
- Resolving customer compaints and ensuring service satisfaction
- Working closely with Internal teams to improve service efficiency and customer experience
Preference: Willing to work night shifts.
