Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate business opportunities from domestic and international clients
- Identify potential clients through freelancing platforms, LinkedIn, networking communities, referrals, and outbound communication
- Present company services professionally and build long-term business relationships
- Convert leads into confirmed business opportunities and projects
Project Acquisition & Client Onboarding
- Acquire and onboard technical projects across multiple service domains
- Understand client requirements and document project expectations clearly
- Coordinate onboarding discussions between clients and the internal technical team
- Maintain smooth communication throughout the project initiation process
Client Coordination & Project Execution Support
- Participate in client meetings along with the Technical Team or Project Manager
- Assist in requirement gathering, project communication, and workflow coordination
- Ensure proper communication between clients, developers, marketers, and management teams
- Support project execution through timely updates and professional coordination
Relationship Management
- Build strong professional relationships with clients and business partners
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure positive client experience
- Develop long-term collaboration opportunities for recurring business

We are looking for professionals who have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in freelancing, project acquisition, sales, or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience handling domestic or international clients
- Understanding of IT services and digital technology solutions
- Ability to coordinate with technical and marketing teams
- Professional approach toward client handling and business discussions
- Confidence in networking, outreach, and relationship building

Working Structure & Important Terms
- This is a contract-based / freelance engagement
- All acquired projects will be officially executed under Repestro branding and operational structure
- Final technical discussions and deal-closing meetings will be conducted collaboratively with the Technical Team and/or Project Manager
- The selected candidate will work as a business acquisition and client coordination partner for the organization
- Consistent project acquisition and professional client management are expected
