Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of coordination between the MD and internal departments, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of daily operations and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Closely work with the Managing Director and provide end-to-end executive support.
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules.
- Coordinate and prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings.
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and business information with discretion.
- Liaise with department heads, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Track action items and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the MD.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, business presentations, and analytical reports.
- Coordinate special projects and cross-functional activities as directed by the MD.
- Organize meetings, events, and business visits.
- Ensure effective communication and seamless coordination across departments.
- Handle administrative and operational tasks to support the office of the Managing Director.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Executive, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Experience working closely with CXO-level executives, Directors, or Managing Directors is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking capabilities.
- Candidate should be flexible with working hours based on business and MD requirements.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
