· should be able to complete the target as defined
· should be able to manage site team
· should be able to resolve labour conflicts
· should be able to work extra hours if required
· should work on Sunday if possible
· should be able to take measurements on site
· should be able to maintain track records for materials in & out
· should have proper knowledge of fittings & material
· should able to take site clearance from client
