Role Overview
A Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, showcasing products, and driving sales within the showroom while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a polite and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and product display standards
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic documentation
- Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat sales
- Manage customer queries, complaints, and provide quick resolutions
Requirements
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Prior sales or retail experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
- Basic computer knowledge (billing/software)
- Presentable personality and positive attitude
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
