Hiring Engineering Manager / Technical Program Lead

We are hiring a seasoned Engineering Manager / Technical Program Lead to drive one of our clients most critical engineering functions. This is a high visibility, high impact leadership role where you will guide a team of 10–15 engineers, shape technical strategy, and work directly with enterprise customers to deliver complex, scalable solutions.

What You’ll Lead
Engineering Leadership
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 10–15 engineers.
Drive execution across multiple projects with full SDLC ownership.
Improve engineering processes, quality standards, and delivery predictability.
Guide architectural decisions, system design, and technical best practices.
Technical Depth
Bring strong expertise in Networking & Security to influence solution design.
Provide hands on guidance in Python/Golang/Rust and React.js/Next.js.
Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability across the team.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary bridge between business teams and engineering.
Translate complex business requirements into clear SRS and technical roadmaps.
Manage expectations, communicate trade-offs, and provide executive level updates.
What You Bring
10+ years of engineering experience, with 3–5 years in leadership roles.
Strong background in Networking, Security, and modern software engineering.
Proven ability to manage teams, deliver enterprise scale products, and handle customer facing responsibilities.
Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
