Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced PEB Site Engineer to manage and supervise the erection and execution of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring quality standards, maintaining safety compliance, and delivering projects within schedule.
Responsibilities
- Supervise PEB erection, installation, and structural steel works at project sites.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Manage site manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Verify measurements and support project documentation and billing processes.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PEB projects, structural steel erection, or industrial construction.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of site execution, quality control, and safety practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred Experience
- Warehouses, factories, industrial sheds, logistics parks, and steel structure projects.
- Handling subcontractors and site execution teams.
