Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Explain company products, services, and offers to potential customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or databases.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Share relevant information and updates with customers via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Prepare daily call reports and update management on progress.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream).
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
