1. Conducting education programs to the patients.
2. Collecting medical history of the patients and necessary details.
3. To educate the patients regarding insulin injection technique and home monitoring of the blood glucose and urine.
4. To prescribe diet to the patients as per doctors order.
5. To counsel the patients, analyze the dietary food in take, review the patient about the medication, diet and updating the details online.
6. To check the tray setting in the kitchen before being sent to the ward patients.
7. Initiation, education, downloading and uploading of CGMS such as Ambulatory Glucose Monitoring device.
8. To educate the patient on diabetes screening and monitoring test / investigations.
9. Anthropometric assessment – Height, Weight, Waist & Body Composition.
10. Overall coordination with Consultant, Centre Manager & Branch Staffs.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
