Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-oriented Junior Barista to join our team! In this role, you will learn the art of crafting exceptional coffee, deliver outstanding customer service, and help maintain a welcoming, clean cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle cash/POS transactions with a smile.
- Drink Preparation: Assist in preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso, teas, smoothies) according to our quality standards.
- Food & Pastry Service: Serve pastries, sandwiches, and other food items responsibly following food safety guidelines.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the espresso bar, seating area, and service stations clean, sanitized, and stocked throughout the day.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with senior baristas and shift supervisors to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Skills & Qualifications
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to stay calm during busy rushes.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (students welcome!).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, or holidays.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
